松濟禪是一門根植於《道德經》「無為」智慧的現代修行法門,融合鬆站、自發氣機、氣化煉丹與禪定內觀,循序引導修行者由動入靜、由氣入神、由神入定。

SONJIZEN is a contemporary spiritual method rooted in the Daoist wisdom of Wu Wei from the Tao Te Ching. It integrates relaxed standing, spontaneous qi activation, internal alchemy, and meditative absorption—guiding practitioners from movement to stillness, energy to spirit, and spirit to stillness.


🌿 修行三階段 / Three Progressive Stages

  1. 松動之路 · SONDORD
    鬆站引發氣機,自發鬆動,啟動身心調整與療癒。
    Spontaneous movement emerges from relaxed standing, initiating self-regulation and healing.
  2. 濟丹之道 · JIDORD
    氣歸中宮,自然煉丹,進入內煉化神之路。
    Qi converges inward, forming elixir and transforming spirit through natural inner alchemy.
  3. 禪定之境 · ZENDORD
    神氣內藏,身心化空,自然入四禪八定之定慧明境。
    Spirit settles inward as body and mind dissolve, entering deep absorption through the four jhānas.

Qi flows by nature. Spirit becomes luminous. The Dao manifests in stillness.
