Sondord · Path of Dynamic Relaxation
Entering deep relaxation through standing, awakening spontaneous qi movement, opening the gate of self-adjustment and healing.
Entering a state of deep relaxation through standing meditation, practitioners awaken spontaneous energy movement and initiate self-healing.
"The Dao always acts through non-action, yet nothing is left undone."
Tao Te Ching, Chapter 37
Four Foundations of Sondord
Shoulder-width stance, chest relaxed, spine elongated, attention at the lower Dantian. Not maintained through effort — found through surrender.
As the body enters deeper relaxation, internal energy initiates spontaneous movement — without mental effort. It is not done; it is allowed.
All movements arise not from conscious will, but from the body's natural qi adjustment. Not "I am practicing" — but "qi is moving through me."
Simply witnessing — without judging, resisting, or pursuing. Awareness itself is the practice, not a tool layered on top of it.
Spontaneous Manifestations Along the Path
"Reach utmost emptiness; maintain deep stillness. As all things arise, I watch their return."
Tao Te Ching, Chapter 16
Relaxation is the root; movement is the mechanism; stillness is the return.
Within non-action, the Dao flows naturally.
