SONDORD · Path of Dynamic Relaxation
透過站樁進入鬆靜之境,引發氣機自動運行,開啟自我調整、自我療癒的修行之門。
Entering a state of deep relaxation through standing meditation, practitioners awaken spontaneous energy movement and initiate the gate of self-adjustment and healing.
📖 理論基礎 / Theoretical Foundation
- 自然鬆站 / Relaxed Standing:
採用雙腳與肩同寬、含胸拔背、氣沉丹田的站姿,全身放鬆、心念內收。
Assume a shoulder-width stance with chest relaxed, spine elongated, and attention resting in the lower Dantian. Relax the whole body and withdraw the mind inward.
- 氣感啟動 / Qi Activation:
當身體鬆靜至一定程度,體內氣機會自發產生微動,如晃動、螺旋、轉圈、氣息調整,無需意念導引。
As the body enters deeper relaxation, internal energy initiates spontaneous movements—swaying, spiraling, circling, or breath adjustments—without mental effort.
- 動為鬆發 / Movement as Emergent Relaxation:
所有動作皆非意識所控,而是由體內氣自動調理所發。鬆發之動即為「松動之路」的核心。
All movements arise not from conscious will, but from the body's natural qi adjustment. This spontaneous emergence defines the core of the SONDORD stage.
- 觀照持續 / Sustained Inner Awareness:
修行者保持內在觀照,不評價、不阻止、不追逐,單純地「看見」,讓氣順勢演化。
Practitioners maintain continuous observation without judging, resisting, or pursuing—simply witnessing the body's energy evolve naturally.
🌿 初期鬆動現象 / Early-Stage Phenomena
- 前後晃動(任督脈啟動)
Forward-back swaying (Ren & Du meridian activation)
- 左右擺動(肝膽脈舒展)
Side-to-side swaying (Liver & Gallbladder meridian release)
- 扭腰轉圈(腰部螺旋脈運行)
Waist rotations (Spinal spiral channel movement)
- 手部動作(手太陰/手陽明經氣活化)
Arm movements (Activation of Lung & Large Intestine meridians)
- 腳步移動、抖動(下肢經脈疏通)
Foot movements or shaking (Lower limb meridian opening)
✨ 高階鬆動特徵 / Advanced Movement Features
- 自發拳法、形體導引、自動氣舞
Spontaneous martial forms, postural flow, automatic qi-dance
- 拍打、搓揉、按壓患處
Slapping, rubbing, pressing specific areas for healing
- 結印、氣輪旋轉、自發靜止
Mudra formation, qi-wheel rotation, spontaneous stillness
- 頭部晃動、搖舌、怪異表情(頭部經絡調整)
Head movement, tongue gestures, facial distortion (head meridian adjustment)
- 排氣、排毒、哭笑、打哈欠(心理能量釋放)
Releasing qi and toxins, spontaneous laughter, crying, yawning (emotional energy release)

鬆,是根;動,是機;靜,是歸。無為中,自有道行。
Relaxation is the root; movement is the mechanism; stillness is the return. Within non-action, the Dao flows naturally.
