About SONJIZEN
不是技巧,而是生活之道;
Not a technique, but a way of life. Not a chase for power, but a return to origin.
Three Characters, One Path
The Philosophy of Non-Action
SONJIZEN is rooted in the Taoist wisdom of Wu Wei—not "doing nothing," but "not forcing." When we release our grip on outcomes, the body's innate wisdom emerges naturally.
"Not self-seeing, one is luminous. Not self-righteous, one is revealed. Not self-praising, one achieves. Not self-glorifying, one endures."
Chapter 22
"In learning, daily something is added. In following the Dao, daily something is dropped—less and less, until non-action is achieved."
Chapter 48
Three Streams Converging
Ultimate Principle
不導不控,不爭不為;
No guidance, no control, no striving, no forcing.
Stand like a pine, move like water, rest like a mirror.
Qi flows by nature. Spirit becomes luminous.
The Dao manifests in stillness.
