Three Characters, One Path
站如松,鬆如水。一切修行的起點——不是努力,而是放下努力。
Stand like a pine, flow like water. The starting point of all practice — not effort, but the releasing of effort.
氣化丹,丹化神。內在轉化的過程——由粗入細,由動歸靜,由外入內。
Qi transforms to elixir, elixir to spirit. The process of inner transformation — from gross to subtle, from movement to stillness, from outer to inner.
靜如鏡,明如月。修行的最終歸宿——不是達到什麼,而是回到本來。
Still as a mirror, clear as the moon. The final destination of practice — not reaching something, but returning to what was always there.
The Philosophy of Non-Action
松濟禪根植於《道德經》的「無為」智慧。「無為」並非「什麼都不做」,而是「不強為」——順應自然,不違背事物的本然規律。
SONJIZEN is rooted in the Taoist wisdom of Wu Wei. Wu Wei does not mean "doing nothing" — it means "not forcing," flowing with nature rather than opposing the inherent order of things.
在修行中,這意味著:不導氣、不控氣、不追求特定境界。當我們真正放下對修行結果的執著,身體的智慧才得以自然顯現。
In practice this means: do not guide qi, do not control qi, do not chase particular states. When we truly release our grip on outcomes, the body's innate wisdom emerges naturally.
